Stress free purchase of the perfect car My wife and I were in the market for a used car that would get maximum MPG and replace my trusty 1992 Honda Prelude that I've owned for 21 years. We f My wife and I were in the market for a used car that would get maximum MPG and replace my trusty 1992 Honda Prelude that I've owned for 21 years. We found a strong candidate at a local CarMax in the form of a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. A sensible 4-door family hauler. The car was...nice but one of things I hate about dealing with CarMax is with the way they always power-wash the engine compartment and spray it down with WD-40 to make it look all shiny. I've always wondered whether doing so washes away all signs of oil leakages so that the customer doesn't see a problem until long after their warranty expires. Well anyway... we also saw a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 listed on Cars.com as being for sale at Family Toyota. My wife and I had the time to spare and thought maybe it would be wise to drive the 32 miles to go check it out, just to say we eliminated all other options. This was our first time ever visiting Family Toyota (or the the town of Burleson). What we found was an IMMACULATE, absolutely beautiful car. It was clean inside and out but I could tell that nothing was done in the engine bay to try to cover up problems (CarMax style). Although, they really didn't need to since it didn't appear to have any problems. The only 2 flaws on it were a chipped windshield and the fact it had 68k miles on it, quite a bit on the high-side for only a 2yr old car. Our salesman, Aaron Cabeldue, was extremely helpful. NEVER was he pushy or hovering over us like salesmen we experienced at other dealerships. He let us take it out for a test drive and that was all it took. My "mid-life-crisis-itis" kicked in and I NEEDED this 278HP beast! Aaron gave us a very good deal on it and made the whole process of actually buying the car ALOT (no, more like a TON) less stressful. Seriously, the thought of shopping for a car usually makes me sick to my stomach with stress and I hate dealing with used car salesmen. But definitely not this time. Aaron is an honest, down-to-earth guy and our Family Toyota experience was truly a good one. We're gonna first look to them when we need to buy any car in the future. I then completed the finance online and told him I would come to Michael Boles contacted me after I inquired online. He was so nice and so helpful. I then completed the finance online and told him I would come to the dealership when we were ready to sign papers. He was back in touch a few minutes later. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted outside then again at the front desk everyone was so nice an friendly. Michael introduced himself and we discussed the details and color choices of the Camry we had selected. We test drove and signed papers an hour later we were on our way home with a new car. Interest rate was what I ask for trade and price was exactly what they quoted. No haggling and feeling like it would never end. They made the process so easy. While we waited for detail and fuel fill we even got to tour the rah rah room. My husband is a sales manager and we are always looking for new ideas to promote good customer feedback and future referral business. This place and figured out the key to success. Love their moto and their people. I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
