One of the Best car buying experience. Once someone came out to help me, the experience was a lot better. Sierra was very helpful and friendly during the whole process. Micheal Boles and Jeff Raim were able to beat the price of any dealership in the Dallas area ( 6 dealers I previously visited) and gave me thousands more for my trade in. The following week, they had the car ready (just as it was advertised), I signed papers in about an hour and I left. They answered questions about the vehicle after I left. Since I was driving 3 1/2 hours to pick up the car, they were very aware and courteous of with my time constraints and did not cause me undue delay in acquiring the vehicle and leaving. More

Ronnie took me for a test drive and helped me to determine what my options were before I even committed to purchasing THAT car. In the long run, my daughter needed a more rugged vehicle for her work and I didn't purchase the corolla. However, Ronnie as a salesman and the Toyota would have won me as a driver hands down. Excellent experience overall!!! I gave a 5 star rating because from the very beginning when we met Carlos, he was extraordinarily courteous. He made us feel right at home. He helped us get the best deal for the car and did not push us to make the decision right then. We did not haggle over the price hardly at all, and Carlos was gracious enough to throw in a few extras on our car, such as the 4 year 55000 mile warranty on it. He got us exactly what we asked for and took the time to listen to what we wanted. I told Carlos that we will be in the market next year for another new car and we will be coming back to Family Toyota of Burleson. When we sat down with Nick, to finance the car, he was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining the contract and who we would be sending our payments to. We briefly got to meet Derrick Mickens, and he was also extremely polite and professional. We enjoyed the process and are so very excited to have this car. It was my first time buying a brand new car and I can say that this process will make me come back to this dealer to purchase the next one. Well my experience at Family Toyota has changed my opinion of the car buying experience and it is not just because of the $$ I saved. Let me point out a few things that I believe makes Family Toyota a step above the rest. 1. All Employees seem truly happy to be there. - Everyone offered me a friendly greeting. (not a fake greeting) 2. The dealership is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. They have a customer lounge and a theater room for kids. 3. Our salesperson, BRUCE MAGALLAN, is one of the most knowledgeable attentive sales people that I have ever met. He took the time to show me every detail and made available every option and had me test drive everything just to make sure of the model of the Toyota that I wanted. The most distinguished thing was how he didn't seem put out at all. He actually WANTED to do it. He also is very approachable and my husband and I felt like we have we have known him forever after just spending a few hours with him. 4. They remember their Customers names past and present and can speak of every single experience. 5. The "negotiators" are right up front where you can see them, not in the back in some dungeon where they take you for torture. They don't offer you or try and upsell you on random warranties. 6. I can get a car wash and a tire rotation on the way to HEB. CONVENIENT. 7. My kids liked the experience and didn't complain. - Final test passed. More
