Not only that, their Finance dept. bent over backwards to get us a great rate and a payment better than we could have hoped for. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I set foot in the door, I knew I was in for something great. Bruce didn't pressure me at all and had all the answers and made me feel like I was part of his family or circle of friends. You don't suppose that they call it Family Toyota for that reason...do you? lol. This was the best car-buying experience I think I've ever had. HIGHLY recommend them! Had a very small issue with my truck after I took delivery and Richard Creek was all over it. Left me feeling like what was important to me was important to him. THAT is how it's done, ladies and gentlemen. Everything done as promised and delivered on time. The way I took delivery of my new truck was truly exceptional: They had it washed, filled up with gas, and sitting in a showroom-like bay, ready for me to drive out. Bruce even paired my iPhone for me! Totally felt like I was driving off in a show car! More
Not bad, but had some issues after purchase I recently purchased a certified used Toyota from Family Toyota of Burleson. The initial purchase experience was rather simple. I had in mind a good price, they worked with me a little to meet that price, and I was able to get a certified used Toyota. However, the problem came after. Shortly after purchasing (later that same day) I noticed a rattling sound coming from the bottom of the car. I didn't initially hear it b/c I could only hear it with the windows down (it was a middle of winter). So within a couple of days I brought the car back to have it looked over. Come to find out on the bottom of the frame of the car had been bent (not be me), and then sold as a certified Toyota. Seems to me if you sell something as certified, you should at least look at the bottom frame of the car. After having it "fixed" not replaced, the car has been working fine. No issues. I am just more concerned that this was missed and the car pass inspection as certified. Wonder what else was missed.... More

This service department looked and could not find it, but instead of giving up, they took an extra step by taking the tire off the rim to trace down the problem. They did find a pin hole and fixed it. I am grateful that they cared. Very courteous service. It was a great experience. More
