Typical car buying experience Walking into this seemingly family oriented dealership we weren't expecting more than the average car buying experience. They had a car we were really Walking into this seemingly family oriented dealership we weren't expecting more than the average car buying experience. They had a car we were really interested in and gave them a shot. Ronnie was great and showed us all we needed. When it became time to talk numbers we got the typical just sign and we will make it happen. We aren't ones to sign blank documents and instead of going back and forth requested to speak with the manager. Derrick, the manager, hit us with the kind of surprising, our prices are so good they won't move, not at all. He wanted us to look up reviews and other deals and see that the sticker was basically the best. Of course we always do our homework and knew what deal we wanted. My best advice for working with this dealership is don't get caught up in their "we treat you like family gimmick." They are just another car sales shop. Be willing to walk away, those price can and usually do move. They did come down enough for us a few days after, and that worked out well for us, but man it would be nice to not have to play that Texas hold 'em game. So we got a deal worked out and came to get the car. Everything was running smoothly and once again Ronnie treated us well. We had to wait quite a while for finance, especially considering we came in with approval. At the end all we needed to do was sign already printed document. Suddenly our finance guy, Faheem, was too busy in his office for us. We waited. Waited. Waited. Finally, we were sent sales people, not finance, to go over our documents. They couldn't answer our questions, which is no fault of theirs as it wasn't their job. At one point a sales guy even mentioned to us "sometimes you hurt the ones you love" in regards to our treatment when mentioning their claim to us being family. Lol. Comedic, but not professional. Finally, someone decided we should in fact sign finance papers with a finance guy and Faheem suddenly was available. He was a tad tactless when answering our questions, and he seemed irritated that we actually read through the documents and wanted to understand what we were signing. That was definitely the worst part of the whole experience. Overall, I bought a car from them because they had the car I wanted. I would only return if that was the case and the overall experience and team all together was your average car sales experience. More

I have dealt with a lot of service managers over the years owning both Ford and Chevy and have had many issues with my vehicle not being fixed properl I have dealt with a lot of service managers over the years owning both Ford and Chevy and have had many issues with my vehicle not being fixed properly, not finding the problem or just not caring about the customer's in general, I can finally say that not only have I enjoyed my SUPERCHARGED TUNDRA, but Chris Bruder has made sure anything and everything has been serviced properly and has taken care of me as if we have known each other for years. I wouldn't buy anything except Toyota and defiantly wouldn't let anyone else touch my vehicle except Chris Bruder and Family Toyota of Burleson. I also would like to add I had a great experience when buying the truck from Dustin the sale manager, he defiantly jumped through hoops to make sure I was satisfied. I will defiantly buy another vehicle from Family Toyota of Burleson in the future. More

Service performed in expedited manner at minimal cost. Assuming quality of work is as good as the service (only time-will-tell), you don't find many such competent service centers in today's world. And here is the best part: It has been out of warranty for 13 years! "Ava" took the initial information, and Chris the Service Manager followed through. I don't know how they were able to do it and a bunch of other things in less than a day, but they did. Toyota, Ava, and Chris are the reasons I continue to purchase Toyotas, beginning with a 1967 Corona, and most recently a Prius and a Camry Hybrid. I have owned 17 so far. More
