Upon purchase, they did not fill the gas tank (she was lucky to get the permission to add a few gallons). The process also took all day to complete which seemed to be longer than I've experienced in the past, granted it was Memorial Day weekend. More

I really appreciate Richard's level of service as well. He gave us his office and cell number, he assisted me in getting all the technology figured out, and has been a huge help in answering any questions I have had since leaving the dealership. I also appreciate the fact that he did not take advantage of our situation being short a car. As a matter of fact, they offered to get us a rental car until my Tundra came in..above and beyond...Thanks Richard!! More
