Wonderful experience!!! I was in an accident and my 2007 Toyota Yaris was totaled. My past experience is the reason I returned to Family Toyota I dealt with Emanuel Jimenez last August 2015 and purchased a new Camry. He was very pleasant, friendly and sooo easy to work with. After trading in my Sequoia, I remembered I needed to use it to go to the airport with other family members. Since we couldn't all fit in the new Camry, Emanuel came through and saved the day and allowed me to use a nice Caravan. That's what I call excellent service! Well, after driving Sequoias I went too low and wanted something a bit higher up. I went back to Friendly Toyota and met Lynn Torres. This time I had TWO great people working with me.
