You can tell a whole lot about an organization or place of business by just observing the people and how they interact with each other and customers especially when no one is looking per say and I can say that this dealership is different than others we have worked with. This should be the way auto buying should be done and every customer should get the opportunity to be treated as we were. The service was first rate, the dealership was immaculate on the inside and out. You can tell great attention to detail is given. I did not want to drive to Burleson from Duncanville. I finally made a appointment and could not make it that day. I went the next day without a appointment and I was looking for a pre-owned truck. The salesperson that contacted me was about to go to lunch, but he delayed his lunch and gave me excellent service and we test drove two different trucks, on pre-owned and one new. We went to lunch together; I purchased a New Toyota Tacoma. I was sold on the price and the service. More

Lack of attention to detail I gave the dealership to stars only because I had a positive sales experience here. A few weeks after the dealership changed my oil, my vehicle develo I gave the dealership to stars only because I had a positive sales experience here. A few weeks after the dealership changed my oil, my vehicle developed an oil leak. I didn't have time to take a look at it, so I brought it back to the dealership. They admitted that they did not tighten the oil plug properly. They didn't really apologize, just said they would do better next time. After a two hour wait, I walked away with a washed vehicle and not much else. The sales department seems to be legit, but I have lost all faith in the service department. Use at your own risk! More
