Honest, patient buying experience Bart was a great sales representative. He spent about 90 minutes showing us a few trucks and several Camrys. We met Frank Thompson, and he was a great fit for us immediately as we do not like to feel pressured in any way by sales pitches. Frank availed himself to listen to our criteria, and led us to three Avalons. We tried each of them as the seats needed to fit our needs for several reasons. We had a low mileage Suburban to trade, and our trade was not easy from which to part. We arrived at an agreeable price in a very open, cordial, dignified manner, frankly in a way we like to do business. Mr. Thompson, throughout the entire process, was plainly excellent with us. We are, I guess, a bit fussy. Our delivery was very, very thorough, and most importantly, to us, completed the transaction much because of his expertise, and to the credit of Family Toyota of Burleson.
