I asked several questions that our sales professional couldn't answer because he either didn't have the experience or the authority to. This prolonged our time in the dealership by about 3 or 4 hours. Actual negotiations and signing paperwork totaled around 1 hour and I was physically in the dealership for 5... This was not necessary. The sales professional I worked with was extremely excited about the prospect of a possible sale and overly pandered to our need our need for a car. He was however very respectful our our kids and patient as well. More

Ronnie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the things we asked him. He gave us options and helped us choose what is best in our interest.
