I was pleasantly suprised to get only TWO text in two months reminding me he was still there when she was ready to buy. I am so glad we have a Toyota dealer in Burleson now with a FANTASIC and no Hassell salesman in Mike "NO HASSELL" Wassell. Oh YES we did buy from Mike and unfortunately I still have not met him personally😩 More

Absolutely Fabulous Service Department Yesterday, I swerved to avoid a car trying to move into my lane and hit the curb with my brand new 2017 Camry. After AAA put the spare on, I went directly to Family Toyota of Burleson. I arrived at 11:15 AM. Ava was due to leave for the day at noon, but she stayed late to make sure my car got the needed service. I was thrilled to find that they had the wheel and tire combination for my Camry in stock. I was in and out in an hour. Ava checked back in with me twice during that hour to let me know where we were in the process. She was friendly, professional and simply fabulous. This was my second encounter with Ava at Family Toyota and both times I received top-drawer service. I stopped by her boss Chris' office to let him know they have a customer for life. UNEXPECTED BUYER I went into Family Toyota with no intentions of buying as I did not think I could get approved for anything. When entering the facility you are met wi I went into Family Toyota with no intentions of buying as I did not think I could get approved for anything. When entering the facility you are met with a smiling and polite face which in my case was Mr. Bruton. He was able to show me all of my options realistically and was very helpful when it came to finding the car that fit me best. If his personal family touch wasn't good enough the cherry topper was being able to relax in a customer lounge area while waiting on financing. They has comfy chairs to relax in and usually a good sports game on the TV. If that isn't awesome enough they have complimentary cappuccino machines for guest and a movie room. If you are looking for a family oriented experience with great staff and a very clean facility go to Family Toyota! Don't forget to ask for Chris Bruton More

But if you read the other reviews here, like many others would, you'll realize that this dealership changes that. I got to meet Dustin Herndon the General Manager. I got to meet Chris the Service Manager. The employees (Family Members) here make you feel like you just showed up to a Family event for the first time meeting the Family back home. Everyone shakes your hand. They all tell you their names willingly and they all have a sense of humor. I am 64 years old and I don't know why I bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4 but I'm glad I bought it from Dustin, Danny, and Tremaine. These guys will take care of you like you were their mother. I did not hear a single NO from them. Everything was Yes ma'am and Absolutely. They suckered me right into the free ice cream.. I'm embarrassed to say I actually enjoyed two cups of ice cream. Great Job gentleman. You all have my family's and my undivided business for as long as you want it. More
