His attitude and tenancy was unbelievable. His energy level is high and he worked tirelessly to find the right car at the price I could afford. I could not be happier with my new (used) car. Everyone there was great, they have a true Family Dealership as they have something to entertain everyone while I am out test driving and looking. Excellent Team In August of this year, I bought a Rav 4 from Family Toyota and there is a reason their name starts with Family. My first experience with this dealership was getting the oil changed in my Venza and Ava was the Customer Service Representative. She provided an excellent customer experience and she is the reason I came back to trade my vehicle. This time I dealt with Mitchell and this was another outstanding experience. Mitchell was very professional, provided good customer service and provided the most pleasant experience. Mitchell has followed up to see how everything is going, just a really nice person. Russell, in sales, assisted me with questions at the dealership and via email (for example: sent pictures of the trunks of different used cars I was interested in). He continued to help me with other issues even after the sale was complete. Joe assisted me through financing and was upfront and personable during multiple interactions. He provided brochures and details whenever I asked. Nick in service helped me handle minor issues that arose. His pleasantly and non-patronizing demeanor were refreshing after some of the negative experiences I've been through at other auto dealerships. Plus they have a great customer lobby with wifi, beverages, and TVs. I strongly recommend Family Toyota to anyone purchasing a vehicle or having one serviced. More
