I was looking for a minivan. Initially, Burleson tried get an additional $1299 as dealership addons which I worked thru get that off. I did not realize that dealerships from Bur Initially, Burleson tried get an additional $1299 as dealership addons which I worked thru get that off. I did not realize that dealerships from Burleson and Arlington are from same owner until late in the process. I got 2 quotes, one from each dealership. Surprising that both were trying to outbid each other. Greg and Marcus took a $500 deposit without any agreement indicating it was a non-refundable deposit. Interesting that Arlington did not ask for a deposit. I paid the deposit in Jan. I had to travel internationally in Feb due to a family medical emergency. When I came back things had changed for me and I did not want to pursue the purchase. I asked for refund and Greg has not responded to my email. Marcus via text is saying the deposit will not be refunded. There was no agreement verbal or written that the deposit is non-refundable. I am really disappointed with the lack of empathy or customer relationship from the folks at Burleson Toyota. Please be cautious working with this dealership. More
