Nice and easy Buying a car can be such an annoyance. How often do we consumers have to hear "Let me check with my manager.", or "my manager just told me that if yo Buying a car can be such an annoyance. How often do we consumers have to hear "Let me check with my manager.", or "my manager just told me that if you buy today we can do ______.". I don't have time for any of that, like most of us. I do my research, have a good idea about what I want, how much I want to pay and what I might want for a trade-in. I sent an email off the website for Family Toyota of Burleson. I got an automated reply, as expected, but then I sent a specific question about a specific vehicle and got a quick reply that was not automated. When I asked for best price, I got an immediate response that was inline with my research and expectation. This was a refreshing change from the gamesmanship I had already received from other dealerships. So, I went in to visit Michael Boles. He had the car ready for me to drive, answered my questions, then had someone look at my trade. That number came back within my desired range, so within a couple of hours, we were all wrapped up. Michael was excellent to work with. No BS. No games. Just straightforward and responsive. Everyone at the dealership seemed polite and friendly. I would recommend working with these folks. More

A Great Car Buying Experience I had the great fortune to work with Andrew Heidel whom I met when entering the dealership. He quickly understood my needs, showed me every style and I had the great fortune to work with Andrew Heidel whom I met when entering the dealership. He quickly understood my needs, showed me every style and color of appropriate vehicle, taking the time to tell me about the individual features of each trim line, let me drive the car with no hassle and then, when we went in to the dealership, made the selection process simple and quick. He wrote up my selected vehicle, beating a competing offer without my asking and then went further, getting the deal just right for me. Was in and out in just under 2 hours which included a Valuation of my car. The dealership was very nice, and he provided me the full tour, with most important introductions to the parts manager and his manager.
