Chris Bruder in Service and Michael Boles especially were fantastic as far as advocating for me, responding to me and doing everything they could to make sure that my situation was resolved positively. The GM Dustin ultimately negotiated with Toyota and was able to get me out of my lease and into another one seamlessly. One on-site visit for a test drive almost made me give up because the sales manager at Vandergriff Honda was so aggressive. I wanted to test drive a Toyota and found the color I wanted to see at Family Toyota of Burleson. What a different experience! NO pressure! Friendly conversation, only gave me information I asked for, no pressure following the test drive. I had to drive a little out of my way to get to Burleson, BUT IT IS WORTH IT!
