Best car shopping experience ever I went to Toyota of Burleson’s website, requested more information on a 2018 Toyota Camery SE that I was interested in and within a few minutes receiv I went to Toyota of Burleson’s website, requested more information on a 2018 Toyota Camery SE that I was interested in and within a few minutes received a text from Mike Wassell asking how he could help. I live in Midland Texas, 5 hours away from Burleson and we schedule an appointment for Monday morning. Upon arrival to the dealership my wife and I were welcomed in and quickly greeted by Mike. He had the vehicle pulled up ready to test drive and within a couple hours we were out the door in our new vehicle. It that short time we looked at multiple vehicles that worked within our budget and end up purchasing the orginial vehicle interested in online. Mike was respectful of our time, working quickly to give us options and never made us feel like were just another sale. I will definitely buy my next Toyota again from Mike and Toyota of Burleson and would recommend him to anyone for the same experience. More

Nice experience overall. We were in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. Per our circumstances, we needed to make,a decision fairly quickly. We already had a pretty good idea of the kind of vehicle we were looking for and came onto the lot with a vehicle or two in mind we knew they had in stock. Our salesman, Raad, pointed us to a few pre-owned options which fell neatly within our price range and had some or all of the options we were looking for. We never felt pressured to go in one direction or the other and he kindly answered all questions we had about the car as well as the buying process. Unfortunately we were working on a very tight time schedule and we simply had to step away mid process to take care of some other obligations. Raad kindly offered to meet with us the following morning to resume the process. The following morning, things went very quickly and smoothly. Their Finance Manager, Joe, got us some really good terms on financing and that part of the process went very quickly but smoothly. All in all, it was a very good car buying experience and I would definitely recommend Family Toyota of Burleson and will definitely check with them again the next time I need to buy a car. More

Miguel Hernandez I took my car in for service on May 25, 2018 and dealt with Mr Hernandez. I told him what was needed and he was quick to jump on it. Wonderful Michael went above and beyond in helping me get the 4Runner that I absolutely fell in love with.
