I leased a new Tundra today. I started by reading many reviews of all the Toyota dealers in my area. I could not believe any businesses could have so many bad reviews and still exist. Then I got to Family reviews of all the Toyota dealers in my area. I could not believe any businesses could have so many bad reviews and still exist. Then I got to Family Toyota's page on Yelp. At the time of my search they were the only dealership with 4 stars. I was pleased to find out, through my own experience, the reason they have that distinction. I started a chat session on their website on Sunday but it quickly responded that the dealership was closed until Monday and they would contact me then. Within 10 minutes(still Sunday) Ysrael sent me a text asking how he could help me. I gave him my list of wants and we arranged to meet Monday morning. When I got to the showroom he was there and brought out the truck I would be going home with a little later. The entire experience with Family Toyota was a big relief. I have bought many vehicles over my life and it never goes quick but this purchase was the best I have ever experienced. Ysrael had answers to all my questions, walked me over to the service department and got my phone connected to the navigation system. I just happened to find Family Toyota because I chose to keep looking for a dealership with better reviews and I am very glad I did. More
