I purchased my Tacoma from Family Toyota, and I take it to their service department for all my service needs. The staff in the Service Dept. is wonderful! Working in a customer service industry myself, I understand that things happen outside of my service representatives control and things happen, they are all an exceptional group of people making sure we're alright and even offering a shuttle if needed for nearby. This location is spot on, and you can tell with the traffic they get through there they are well liked in the area. Wonderful clean area both inside and out for waiting and a nice little area for refreshments if we need anything. Even if you don't they will ask and make sure you are taken care of! So when you go there, Make sure to ask for Lindsey, he'll make sure things get done! More

The service department at Family Toyota of Burleson is only good for coffee. If you're expecting them to deliver on their promises, forget it.
