Yes I took my car to Toyota to have it serviced and in the process they came across a problem but they would not put in writing what the problem was but they wanted to charge me $1000 to fix the problem S the process they came across a problem but they would not put in writing what the problem was but they wanted to charge me $1000 to fix the problem Saying three and a half hours labor when other stations are saying less than one hour labor overcharging by two and a half hours on their labor I have been taking my vehicle there at Toyota for quite some time but due to the fact that they treated me like a second hand used car and were not honest about the problem that I was having I was disregarded and sent away is this really how family Toyota of Burleson's treats its loyal customers even though my car is not a Toyota I have a Chevrolet but obviously that's not good enough I will never bring my vehicle nor will I ever have anyone be with me saying oh yeah ( Family Toyota is great) i'll never say that again !!! if there was a negative rating I would give it a negative five! More
