I expressed interest in an upcoming 2024 release in summer of 2023 to several dealerships across DFW and NETX. When Family Toyota was notified they’d be receiving the vehicle matching my specific colo summer of 2023 to several dealerships across DFW and NETX. When Family Toyota was notified they’d be receiving the vehicle matching my specific color/ trim in Spring 2024, they reached out to see if I was still interested. I would like to note that we did not receive follow-ups from any of our more local / less busy dealers, despite continuing to follow their websites after placing our deposit with Family Toyota, and seeing multiple vehicles that matched my specs offered for sale and available on the lot. I placed a small deposit to hold the vehicle, and in a few weeks it was ours! Our sales rep Shelby was so kind and informative throughout the whole process, and explained everything very well. Our Finance Rep Leith ensured we were able to sign all of our paperwork online prior to making the 3 hour drive to take our new vehicle home. Pickup was a breeze and all of our questions were answered. We were in and out in a short amount of time. This dealership is BUSY, but we were warmly greeted instantly and spoken to by many incredibly friendly workers while inside picking up our Land Cruiser. We would definitely purchase here again in the future! More
