I have been a Toyota customer since 2004 when I purchased a Tundra and have been extremely pleased with the vehicle. The truck was at 330,000 miles and as expected began to have a few problems. I brought it a Tundra and have been extremely pleased with the vehicle. The truck was at 330,000 miles and as expected began to have a few problems. I brought it in for service and my service representative, who name is Carlos, began the inspection of the Tundra. Unfortunately the repairs needed exceeded the value of the vehicle so sadly it was time to retire the Tundra. Through my conversations with Carlos he introduced me to Paul Denman, a Sales Consultant there. Working with Paul he went out of his way to meet my needs was able to place me in a 2022 Camry within my stated price range and budget. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, kind and cared about my situation. I felt that Paul went out of his way to make sure I was happy at each step of the process and I believe I made a new friend. While I would like to think I was somehow the exception, I'm positive that everyone Paul comes in contact with ends up feeling just as special as I did. From my planned service needs on my 2004 Tundra to Paul's assistance with my 2022 Camry the entire process was wonderful. Even the young man who processed my loan was exceptional. I know many people just say they will be customers for life but as for me no words can adequately express my appreciation. I cannot imagine going to another dealership for a vehicle. I understand why their name is Family Toyota because I truly felt like family. There is no doubt whatsoever that I will be part of the Family Toyota family for life and that is absolutely the truth.
