Abigail was super quick in responding to emails and we were able to schedule an appointment to look at the highlanders. Abigail was welcoming and had a great vibe from the start. Abigail was confident in giving us our details and understanding where are price range was. We had some hiccups at first but with Abigails and Leiths assistance we were able to walk away with a 2021 Toyota Highlander. I strongly recommend this Toyota dealership, it's super friendly and welcoming. Make sure to ask for Abigail if you want a friendly and transparent experience. Thank you Abigail More
This is my second car I've purchased from you guys, so the sales department isn't your problem. It's the car service department that is absolutely trash (sorry for the harshness). With my Corolla the serv the sales department isn't your problem. It's the car service department that is absolutely trash (sorry for the harshness). With my Corolla the service department lost my keys and after 3 hours of waiting for my car to be serviced and I started noticing that other people that got there after me were leaving, I went up to my service agent who was enjoying a nice lunch from raising canes and inquired about my car. THAT'S when he tells me that they don't know where my keys are. He was literally eating lunch with the knowledge of my keys missing and didn't even try to inform me. It took an hour for them to find my keys. 4 hours out of my day wasted on carelessness and laziness. The other incident I had with my Corolla being taken to your car service department, I waited for an hour watching my car sitting under the car port untouched and by the time the third car that came after mine got taken to get serviced that's when i went up to my service agent and asked why my car is still sitting there, that's when he got a panicked look and started asking the mechanics i guess why my car was still sitting there too and the reason was because they didn't see the paper on my dashboard. An HOUR of my car just sitting and NOBODY had the question in their mind as to why this car is just sitting there? Not to mention my service agent, how does HE not notice that a car that HE took from his customer is sitting in the same spot that HE parked it in? Ridiculous if you ask me. Now I take my Rav4 up there to be serviced and mind you when I called to schedule my appointment Clint asked me if I wanted my car washed to which of course I said yes since I knew it was free. I dropped my car off and Devin was my service agent, got my keys and I went back home waiting for my message that my car was ready. I got my message and got dropped off back up there Devin came out and handed me my paperwork and said the keys were the car and I went to go get my car. The first thing I noticed was clearly my car wasn't washed AND in bright pink letters I have Devins name on my car and the time I dropped it off. Clearly a system you guys developed to make sure stuff like what previously happened to my Corolla doesn't happen again. The problem wasn't the bright pink letters, the problem was when I went to Devin he said the car wash was down about 1 hour before and that's why they didn't wash my car but the car wash is up and running again and he can get it washed and back to me in 10 minutes. 2 things that ticked me off in that moment. 1. If the car wash was up and running again, and you knew I wanted a car wash and it was only gonna take 10 minutes to get it washed and I dropped my car off and I still wasn't there to retrieve it why didn't nobody take initiative to take my car to get washed? I know my car wasn't the only one that didn't get washed so SOMEBODY could have been in charge of getting the cars that missed out washed, right? I don't know, I've been told I think about things to simple and it could be way more complicated than it seems, but I don't know it seems to me that that was a simple situation and solution. 2. Back to the bright pink lettering. I could have brushed off the car wash and was actually going to because I have a car wash that I take my car to and it been second since I've taken it because of the weather so I was going to let it slide. That bright pink lettering with some random man's name on my car prevented me from letting it slide. Again, I was told that the car wash was down. But.....you mean to tell me nobody didn't have a towel and a spray bottle to wash that bright pink marker off? It was pretty dang hard to miss. Emphasis on the color being BRIGHT PINK. To make a long story short (Lol). I have been let down and disappointed by your service to department time and time again and the common denominator in every situation was just pure laziness. Needless to say that this was my LAST time taking my car to be serviced here. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but we see how that turned out. More
