JEVON is definitely your guy you want to see also, most sales people are pushy and always just trying to up sale you and get you out but jevon was far from that, he tried to help me stay in my price range and spent a whole day helping me find a vehicle even when I had to leave and come back a week later. Out of the 4 dealerships I went to. This one definitely felt more like a homey relaxed place you could feel comfortable at all day. I purchased my 2024 Toyota Prius Limited AWD on 08/16/2024 from Aaron Thorpe. He was very polite and professional and reviewed the car and the features of the car with me. First, they accidentally kept my air tag so I needed to get that back. They charged me for the Family package which included window tint and it didn’t have it so I had to drive another 100-miles round trip from Dallas back to Burleson to get it done and then I had to wait two and a half hours at the dealership which was very inconvenient. The car was also missing the connection kit which was charged on the window sticker at the price of $75 (Aaron was able to find a set when I went back for the tint, so I did get it, but I had to do a lot of legwork to get it) This is my second vehicle from this dealership and honestly the experience was ok at best. Aaron was amazing but the rest of the issues overshadowed the positive experience. More
