John has worked hard to make sure our family has not only gotten exactly what we needed but also in our price range. John along with the dealership got our vehicle rather quickly. The service department has been beyond amazing. From communication to remembering you and your vehicle. When problems arose with my tundra. They at no point seemed annoyed of my questions. They even let me talk to technician and see the problems. Go see Kyle Lebaron at service. At no point did he pressure an up sell of service. Gave me a list and we had a plan of attack. Kyle all answered/returned my phone call. He work with his best technician to diagnose a major problem(bad lifters) another dealership told me was normal(metal tapping sound). When it seemed that things kept showing up that needed attention. They never once try to blame the customer. They’d tell me to bring it in. They corrected something small due to service. When my last problem arose Kyle drove the truck with the technician to recreate the problem he even asked the manager to drive it. What was amazing is they diagnosed it correctly the first time. When I picked up my truck(still drivable) until parts came in Kyle ask the manager to explain how they came to diagnose the old fan clutch going out. What was amazing the manager knew all I have gone through and spent(had to take on some debt) to keep my truck in working order. He mentioned the services and fixes I’ve done. He said don’t worry will get you fix up. He said we’ll get the fan. I paid no attention to it. I turned my truck in truck later that week when parts came in they had it ready by end of day. Kyle called and said it was ready and that they test drove it to make sure the problem was resolved. When I came to pick up my truck. Advisors greeted me who’d seen me up there frequently. When I see Kyle he handed me my keys and said you’re all set to go. So we walk to the cashier and I sign he said your good. I looked at the receipt and Family Toyota took care of the bill for me. I was blown away. Kyle said he and the manager knew how much trouble and money I had gone through to keep my truck running. My wife and I were worried about tacking on more debt as we can’t afford a new vehicle with the current inflated prices. It is amazing to deal with a dealership that shows they care about their customers. More
