Great communication during the process with emails and texts answered in a timely manner. Gerrick worked to get the car ready so quickly after it arrived so could pick it up in the time frame I needed it. Carlos Lewis is 💯. Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He must be a manager who needs to be promoted at that. He was my service advisor for a while and then had a Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He must be a manager who needs to be promoted at that. He was my service advisor for a while and then had a bit of an absence from that department and I had horrible service. Just one example was I had waited in my car a ridiculous amount of time before being acknowledged and then waited even longer before I had to go inside and ask them what was taking so long which nobody even knew what was going on. I was so irritated. A bunch of youngsters just sitting on their phones. I even tried calling to speak to a manager three times and got hung up on. I was about to change my "home" Toyota location because I was tired of the nonsense but Carlos came back recently (I'm sure it had to be because the department was going to crap) and I've been there an additional 4 times since and have had great service. I'll be a loyal customer has long as Carlos is there. I've always referred people in general here but now I'm specific to the service department (only is Carlos is there). More
