I’ve been shopping for a tundra for a few months now. Most dealers want a market adjustment as much as $15,000 over MSRP and laugh when I tell them the options I want. I stopped at FAMILY TOYOTA of Burleson, and right away was greeted by an incred de ibly nice sales lady, Katie Mallot. Right away she had me test driving a tundra with the options I want except for the color. She informed me that FAMILY TOYOTA does not charge a market adjustment. She was able to answer or get answers to all of my questions. I was told it could take 90 days to get what I want. It was less than two months when Katie called and surprise me and said she had my Tundra. It has exactly the options and color I want. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly like the name says, and I always feel like I get straight and honest answers to my questions. I’ve used FAMILY TOYOTA parts and service department in the past and always had a good experience. Good prices, good service, and most of all good people, what more could you want? More

I took my Toyota Camry to another dealer for an oil change because of their discounted coupon. They could not get the oil filter off so I went to Family Toyota.
