When I was at the dealership Dontha was the sales representative that was able to answer all of the questions I had. Dontha and Patrick were able to draw up different options on pricing and find the best payments suited for me. Leon was also very helpful when signing the lease agreement and going over final financial details. All around an incredible first time experience for me and great employees that were very friendly and willing to help me get my dream car. I will definitely be going back for any other car I buy. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, new, used, leased and like many others perhaps, found the whole car buying experience a long draw out nuisance until coming to Family Toyota. I was very pleased with the whole purchase process from beginning to end. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured or belittled in any way. My salesman Andre knew my purchased vehicle inside and out, explaining all the bells and whistles to me along with answering any questions I had promptly and with confidence, not giving me the run around or typical fake sales pitches I've encountered at other dealerships in the past. The great thing was that any of the other sales staff there I encountered were genuine. What a relieve to not feel as though I was stuck in a shark tank on the brink of a feeding frenzy.
