Advisor Tim 3070, was great today, he needs a promotion. I was told by another service manager that they were closed on Saturday's, I had to revisit the service department twice, before Tim got my vehicle, I was told by another service manager that they were closed on Saturday's, I had to revisit the service department twice, before Tim got my vehicle, he told me that it would take about 2 hours to program my key to my vehicle because of the wait, when he told me to hold on and he had it done within 20 minutes.
