John responded and to start with, I thought there was some kind of catch. Nobody gives an offer like I got over the internet before I even talk to them. I called John and we essentially made a deal right over the phone. I drove to the dealership at the end of the week and everything that John had promised was there. They didn't even have the car I wanted on the lot and John found what I wanted and got it there in time for me to finish the deal on Saturday. Next time I need a car, I will definitely consider Family Toyota, even though they are 380 miles away from my home. More

John offered to go get the vehicle from Burleson and bring it to Arlington. My wife and I went to the dealership and John was very friendly, honest and helpful.
