It was crazy dropping off my Genesis GV70 in the morning and took much longer than I expected. There must have been 12 cars ahead of me waiting for the service department. I had to bring it in for maintenan and took much longer than I expected. There must have been 12 cars ahead of me waiting for the service department. I had to bring it in for maintenance a couple weeks earlier than I expected and had to do a walk-in since the soonest appointment was 3-4 weeks out. It was ok this time, but I won’t consider another Genesis in the future unless they build a standalone dealership. More

Don’t purchase a vehicle from this dealership! Their customer service is horrible! They never have loaners, they lie A LOT, and they hardly ever pick up the phone. Communication sucks! (I wrote a bad review July 2, 2021 and Sonata B. Told me that if I don’t take the review down I wouldn’t be serviced so she made me write a good review to be serviced.) No one wants to take accountability for their wrongs. They replaced my clogged catalytic coverter in 2021 because of acceleration problem. Then they Changed the engine that was causing my vehicle to burn/consume oil in October of 2022. Now in July of 2023 I am having acceleration problems again and my catalyst converter is all of a sudden clogged again after only alittle over 1 year and they don’t want to replace it 100% because it’s no longer under warranty. I’ve never had a vehicle where the cat. Even lasted for just 1year and how is it that they replaced the cat. For the very first time from the original cat. I’m 2021 and the car is a 2016. It doesn’t make much sense to me as to why the catalytic converter went out so soon the only thing it could have been is the engine that was consuming oil to clog it…Crystal Duran in Service also had a horrible attitude with me! She told me that I would be better off filing a BBB complaint. Moral of the story… please just stay away from this dealership! They don’t care for their customers. More
