I had an appointment scheduled over a month beforehand for 11am for a simple complimentary oil change and tire rotation. I sat here waiting until 2PM for my car to be finished. Why in the world should I m for 11am for a simple complimentary oil change and tire rotation. I sat here waiting until 2PM for my car to be finished. Why in the world should I make an appointment to be able to sit with my car for a quick oil change when it's going to take 3 HOURS. Receptionist at service desk was very rude and was even handed the wrong paperwork for a car that was not mine. Will not be returning. More
