Went in for 1st oil change and rotation at 5500 miles. Was told during purchase of car will have free always. Got free then called afterwards cuz receipt said 7500 miles. Why didn’t person takin mileage on car tell me that?? Knew it was first appt. Now saying I’m outta sync for free rotations & oil changes. xxx. Not my fault. Bad service. Wen do I go back to get free?
