Hyundai is awful. Service is poor at best. Your car breaks has to be towed and they tell you it’s going to be 40 days before they can even look at it. I would never ev Service is poor at best. Collin was my service advisor and he’s been my service advisor several times in the past when I’ve brought my cars in for service. He’s always so friendly and describes what the service entails. I recentl advisor several times in the past when I’ve brought my cars in for service. He’s always so friendly and describes what the service entails. I recently had to leave my car at the dealership for the day to have my brakes done and oil changed. The technician explained in detail what was going on with my brakes and why it was best that I have my brakes done sooner than later. Collin arranged for someone to take me to work while the service was being done. Everything was completed with no issues. Thanks Collin and Family Hyundai! More
