Multiple visits for tire pressure problems starting in Dec of last year . We had purchased a tire insurance package for $1000 so we were secure . Each time we visited tired were filled up and consistently Dec of last year . We had purchased a tire insurance package for $1000 so we were secure . Each time we visited tired were filled up and consistently went low again .... service did not log visits and we consistintjy struggled to get appointments typically had to stop in early am to get looked at . Finally replaced one tire with insurance on a wednesday second tire went low again by monday and we were told the tread was too low to replace ..... this after brininging the car in multiple times since December . After getting the tire replaced the car was returned with glue stick all over the wheel and the tire . We were told that's how all cars look after getting a tire . I have never seen a car look like thi after a tire replacement More

However, They used to put for e.g Synthetic oil, but for this time they didn't. after 2 weeks from the date of service, the oil level in the car was very low and was black. the car broke because they didn't change the oil and caused me to go to a mechanic shop and change the oil and pay all over again. Hyundai dealer is no longer a good one to do your car service in. Customer service on the phone is very bad and very rude. More
