Unfortunately, I have only had bd experiences from this dealership. 2 times I attempted to look at purchasing a vehicle, both times I was treated as if I couldn't afford the vehicles. Both times I ended u dealership. 2 times I attempted to look at purchasing a vehicle, both times I was treated as if I couldn't afford the vehicles. Both times I ended up going to other Hyundai dealerships and bought the vehicles. Lastly the service department was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. I always believe in given businesses a second or third chance, but Family Hyundai in Tinley Park has disappointed me each and every time. More

This is an extremely busy dealership, that doesn't stop them from offering awesome service. I came to dealership with starter problems (still unresolved), the service manager Mike immediately stepped in to them from offering awesome service. I came to dealership with starter problems (still unresolved), the service manager Mike immediately stepped in to help. The car was dropped off and Mike and his team attempted to find the problem. Even though it hasn't been discovered yet, Mike and his great service crew went the extra mile in attempting to locate the origin. This dealership believes in keeping their customers happy, everyone from the service department and dealership is there to help! So even though the problem hasn't been identified yet, I know when I return in July they'll do their best to solve this problem. Thank you for not giving up and for your great help! Tom Salin was great as usual. The wait time before I could drive in to get registered was 40 minutes which was terrible. After that Tom Salin took good care of me. Also I didn’t know about the 3.5 service fee for debit or credit charges until I got to the service desk. I think this is terrible. Which is higher than many retailers. I’m glad my bill was under $100.00. I never carry checks. More
