My appointment was for 8:30am on a Saturday for an oil change. I left the dealership at 11:45. I didn't get checked in until 9am. The communication with service team is non existent. It is impossible to get hold of a service person. I got a regular non Genesis vehicle and then the dealership made me drive the vehicle back to them instead of bringing my vehicle back and taking the loaner. Huge inconvenience to the costumer and they didn’t stand by what they advertise as part of their Genesis services. This was disappointing. More
