Waited 3+ hours at the dealership while they were looking at the reason my radio was not working. They decided to do a software update which takes 2+ hours but didn't come and tell me what they were doing, s at the reason my radio was not working. They decided to do a software update which takes 2+ hours but didn't come and tell me what they were doing, so I was sitting there waiting (no coffee in the waiting room which sucked). I finally tracked down the service rep who told me about the update and said there was probably an hour to go on it. The update was not completed by the time the service dept. was closing, so they finally got me a car to go home in (on a Sat.). They told me they would call on Monday to let me know what happened and if they were able to fix it. I waited all day on Monday with no call from the Service dept., so I ended up calling them to see if they were still working on it, but they said "it was fixed and ready this morning" but no one called. I wasted so much time with this ordeal. More
