Family Hyundai - Service Center

Had to drop by car overnight for oil change and service bc I couldn’t get appointment. The lot was full due to Recalls. Kenneth at the Service dept in Tinley park was not very friendly or trying to be acco bc I couldn’t get appointment. The lot was full due to Recalls. I insisted on getting the service so I left the car overnight . I appreciate your courtesy transportation. I also did not get a follow up call from Kenneth that my car was ready for pick up. He sent a text around 12pm which was very late for me . I had to make several calls until I reached someone at front -desk . Not a very efficient process. Kenneth did not leave a good impression More

Bob Ross helped clear up my car situation efficiently. He directed me to Corey the salesman who was nice and got me the vehicle i wanted with most of the features i liked. Overall a great experience!
