Had to drop by car overnight for oil change and service bc I couldn’t get appointment. The lot was full due to Recalls. Kenneth at the Service dept in Tinley park was not very friendly or trying to be acco bc I couldn’t get appointment. The lot was full due to Recalls. Kenneth at the Service dept in Tinley park was not very friendly or trying to be accommodating. He immediately said we can’t service your car . I insisted on getting the service so I left the car overnight . I appreciate your courtesy transportation. I also did not get a follow up call from Kenneth that my car was ready for pick up. He sent a text around 12pm which was very late for me . I had to make several calls until I reached someone at front -desk . Not a very efficient process. Kenneth did not leave a good impression More
