I have read into this dealership, and I see the games they play! My vehicle was in the dealership for 58 days. With no work done to it. At the receiving my car for a couple of days after the 58 days I had damages. The director TJ, says it's an old vehicle and refuse any service. About 4 days later I talked to the general manager of service Michael, and he said the same thing! All damages to my vehicle was through service and can be proven. Thomas B. Owens Sr. P.S. You have to love a nonchalock attitude!

I have been at the dealership to talk about my experience one on one and still do not feel I got the information I needed to fully accept why such extensive work was needed within a relatively short time of the orginal brake service on December 1, 2022. I can't help but feel something was missed or done improperly to cause the work that was needed on July 5, 2023. It also concerns me that if I had not raised serious questions about the cost of the repairs and whether some of it should have been covered under warranty for the original service, I would have had a much higher bill. From an original estimate of well over $1,000 down to $964 is a significant difference but I would expect that after a review of my service records my estimate should have been the lower amount to begin with. Of course, it does not include the cost of the brake replacment in December. If I had been given the lower estimate together with an explanation of how the total was calculated, I might have been more inclined to accept the charges. I am pleased I was able to negotiate a lower bill but it makes me wonder what if I didn't.
