Normally I would rate the service department as excellent but my latest visit left me less then happy. I had brake work done recently and initially there was no problem. On a subsequent visit for another mat but my latest visit left me less then happy. I had brake work done recently and initially there was no problem. On a subsequent visit for another matter, I told the advisor I suspected a problem with the brakes. Instead of doing a comprehensive check they drove my car and reported no problem. A month later I returned and told the advisor there was a problem and I wanted then to pull the wheel for a thorough check which they did. This time I was told there was a problem and it would cost a lot of money to repair. After some back and forth discussion, I was able to reduce the amount but still unhappy with the total which about $1,000. I asked to speak to the service manager for a full explanation as to why I needed such extensive work when I had just had them do a complete brake job six months earlier. The manager never did come out to speak with me but I left feeling poorer in the amount of a little over $1.500 (total of original brake job plus current charges. I feel that something was not done properly on the original job which caused the brakes to fail later but I never got a satisfactory answer or the chance to speak with the service manager for an answer to my questions. Even on a subsequent visit for a minor issue, the advisor was still defending the charges. Unless I have no other choice, I will look for a second opinion before have major work done at Family. More

I worked with Bryan S., who is very kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. I made my next service appointment now as your schedule is booked 2 months out. I also used your shuttle service and Frank is wonderful, and so pleasant and a very safe driver. I would definitely recommend your dealership and service department. You truly are Family! More
