This is the biggest and busiest service center I've been to. I made an appointment a few weeks ago and they seemed to be expecting me. I was in and out in less than an hour for a recall notice. Everyone was really nice, especially the dispatcher. I met him and the service manager in the waiting room. They explained my situation and that I was good to go. They also spoke to another senior citizen and were really sweet to her. Then they both helped her to her car! Who even does that anymore? More
