Excellent service and professional employees to work with!! I purchased my 2018 Tucson in June and have been in love with it ever since! Not only was the purchase itself a great experience (with Joshua Casey) b I purchased my 2018 Tucson in June and have been in love with it ever since! Not only was the purchase itself a great experience (with Joshua Casey) but everything since June has been wonderful!! Josh reached out to make sure everything was running smoothly with the car and to ask if I had any questions. Yesterday I went into Family Hyundai to get my first oil change which was free! I knew every third oil change was free but the initial change being free was a pleasant surprise! They even gave the car a nice wash and topped off all the fluids in a timely manner. Colin was very friendly and pleasant to work with! Every encounter I’ve had with Family Hyundai so far has been wonderful and I am so happy with my first car purchase and decision to go to FH!! More

oil change and inspection went well After oil change, Mike reviewed the results of the vehicle inspection with me and pointed out that the 4+ year old battery is showing signs of age and After oil change, Mike reviewed the results of the vehicle inspection with me and pointed out that the 4+ year old battery is showing signs of age and could be replaced. No hard sell. Mike stated cost of replacement and did not try to alarm me; just advised. It was appreciated. I replaced the battery and will worry about other things. Good job. More
