When making the appointment, the staff at Family Hyundai were not knowledgeable about the issue they told me to make an appointment with the technician to investigate the issue with my vehicle. When the tec were not knowledgeable about the issue they told me to make an appointment with the technician to investigate the issue with my vehicle. When the technician look at the vehicle, he resolved it very quickly by stating that the button on the vehicle, where the setting for the camera was turned off. When I arrive to my appointment on time, the porters were very rude to me, telling me that I had to go all the way back to the end of the line and there was a long line to wait. I was very upset with the lack of professionalism handling. And respecting my time. One of the managers came out and I complained to him about the issue with having to wait in the parking lot for over an hour even though I had an appointment scheduled. I appreciated that the Porter did drive me back home. However, when the vehicle was inspected and to be returned back to me, the manager was out at lunch and could not coordinate with me to have a porter pick me up from my home this was frustrating because then I had to get an Uber to drive me to the dealership for a problem that could’ve been resolved over the phone to begin with, and did not necessarily require a technician to inspect the vehicle. I feel that the staff who handle the phone calls are not professional because if you go to lunch, someone should cover the phones. More
