Not repaired correctly My front suspension repair was not done correctly and I hear a noise that was never there before and anti swerve light on constantly. However I was censored and received the following message. Thank you for submitting a dealer review to DealerRater. It has been removed due to the insufficient number of words contained pertaining to your actual dealer experience in the review. So here is the rest of the story. I was robbed at gun point and my car keys were stolen. When my friend (whose keys were also stolen) was at the dealership getting her locks changed she explained the situation and made the appointment for my car to do the same. The first appointment was 2 weeks out. So I waited. When I arrived for the appointment I found that parts had not been ordered and I had to wait even longer. So I took time off of work for an appointment to order parts. Then I had to take additional time off to get the work done. Brian took over the situation and it was resolved immediately. Therefore, I go back to my original review. Brian is awesome and everyone else I have dealt with in service is incapable of providing true customer service. More
