Great service! I went in for a regular oil change and was reminded my 60,000 mile service maintenance was due but I didn't have the 4-5 hours it would take. No prob I went in for a regular oil change and was reminded my 60,000 mile service maintenance was due but I didn't have the 4-5 hours it would take. No problem as they informed me to leave the car, gave me a loaner to drive and the car would be ready the next afternoon. I got a call the next morning letting me know my car was ready as the mechanic worked extra late the night before to get it done. Everyone always goes the extra mile to make my service visits great. What a great service team! More

Waste of time - mine and yours Second time visiting for same issue. Since intermittent issue, service can’t/won’t fix because it doesn’t happen when they have the car. Admitted “known” issue with driver’s door handle but still won’t address until it happens when they have the car. I was told that this could happen because of cold weather. Seriously? So don’t buy a Hyundai if you live in northern states!? I asked if providing a video of the handle failing would help. Answer: It could help. So I invest time, a tech takes time to evaluate, service manager invests time, all to say we didn’t witness the situation so we can’t fix. It makes no sense to me. I understand the concept, but when is common sense applied. There are costs to wasting employees time and frustrating your customers. Feel bad for Colin .. he’s the front person, delivering a crappy message. When does someone step in the determine this doesn’t make sense? More
