Horrible customer service, and even worse service department. Every time I had to bring my car in for service it turns into a nightmare. The car is there for way too long just for diagnosis and to department. Every time I had to bring my car in for service it turns into a nightmare. The car is there for way too long just for diagnosis and to be told that they had to order parts and I’ll have to bring it back a second time which again takes way longer than it should. And I have to hassle with them for a loaner vehicle which I am entitled to in my platinum warranty but they say they don’t have any. 0 out of 10 will never do business with Family Hyundai again nor will I recommend them to anyone but I 100% will advise against doing business with family Hyundai every chance I get!
