The dealer messed up the oil change causing all of the oil to leak. This caused me to have to tow the car back to the dealer and not have access to the vehicle for days. I get to the dealership 20-25 minutes before my 8:00am appointment and still wait outside 10 minutes after my appointment. I was obviously in the wrong line because others after me were serviced before me appointment and still wait outside 10 minutes after my appointment.
