Family Hyundai takes alot longer then other dealerships I've been to. Everytime I come work a appointment it feels like I made a appointment for no reason. As a WOMAN, my suggestion to you is don't deal with this car dealer. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and had a follow up appointment to fix a scratch (for which I paid a warranty for) and wh car dealer. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and had a follow up appointment to fix a scratch (for which I paid a warranty for) and when my son brought the car for a follow up appointment was told a) there wasn't an appointment (fyi- have the text to prove it) and b) leave as the paint person wasn't there. When I called the Service Manager Mike Majors and was upset about this disservice - and used the term "it was bxxxshxt". I was told as a WOMAN that I should not swear and that Mike's wife and daughter don't speak that way. So, it's funny how as a WOMAN, I bought and paid for the car but as a WOMAN I am not allowed to swear or complain about bad service. This apparently must be reserved only for MEN at Family Huyndai. It is 2021- I should not have to get a lecture from a misogynist service director. So, I highly suggest NOT buying or using this dealership if you are a WOMAN and want to be respected. Also, one more thing, I was told my Mike "to calm down and calm back when I was calm" like it was a 1950's ..... More

I set up my appointment using the website with no problem. I asked for a shuttle service which I received. The driver was very easy to talk with and he drove me in a new Elantra. I was notified when the car was ready and everything was ready for me including a very nice car washed. I love my car (2019 Ioniq) and Family Hyundai. More
