I was happy with the shopping and purchasing part for my new to me car. I was disappointed that I had to bring my car In Twice for service I had owned it for less then two weeks. Although they did repair a new to me car. I was disappointed that I had to bring my car In Twice for service I had owned it for less then two weeks. Although they did repair a couple problems. They did not address two things I asked them to look into. There is a ticking noise when the car is running. This happened when my engine light came on and I brought it in for repairs. there is also another strange new water sound when starting to drive, that happened at the same time. it does stop a few moments while in motion, but returns after stopping and starting again. Even thought I had Sam take it for a test drive so he could hear what was going on the mechanic said Sam didn’t relay my concerns. I don’t know if he did or didn’t but the problems are not repaired to this day. I was informed that the service department would not look into these problems even though I had just purchased the car less then two weeks before this problem began.. I had trusted that the car had gone through inspection before it was put up for sale. I understand it’s a used car but believed that Family Hyundai was a reliable place for me to make this purchase. The I had also informed them that they recorder the mileage on the sales paper 5000 miles less then it truly was, Even though I was given a loaner car while my car was in for repairs. The first one they gave me was not suppose to be loaned out. Something about having to many miles. When I came in to exchange the loaner car, Sam was helping me through the process, I had been waiting for about a half hour and then Went looking for Sam, I was then told that Sam left to run an errand at the bank. He just left me sitting there waiting for him to complete his errands without saying a word to me or thinking about how that interfered with my day. No one made any attempt to help finish the paperwork until I got angry that I was being treated as if what I needed to do was not as important as them doing whatever it was they needed to get done. I had to just suppose sit and wait. I really liked Sam but that was unprofessional to leave waiting for him. I’m just not sure how I feel about recommending the service department when they didn’t address all the issues I asked about. On one hand they did repair a couple things but in the other hand they did not address the other issues I was concerned about. More

The customer service was good, I wasn’t offered a loaner. I had to pay for a rental Car of which I was told my car would be fixed in one day and it wasn’t.
