I got my car, that I brought from Family Hyundai, on May 1st in May 17th my service light is on. The service at this dealership was so phenomenal I had to rate them again! I recently had an issue here and was very upset with the process. Mark Holder is great! I bought my first car from Mark in 2009. He was so patient with me and wasn’t pushy at all. Always amazed how pleased I am with the service I receive from Family. I am a caretaker and need to be in/out when it comes to regular maintenance on my Santa Fe. Tom checked me in..explained what was going to be done besides the oil change for my 7500 mile check up gave an estimate of 90 minutes.. I was directed to the waiting area..area is clean, has a good TV...everyone wore masks..they offer free wifi. Service on my car was done in about an hour and received a washed car...I had previously owned 3 cadillacs...and I must say..Family's service center employees are more helpful and efficient than the Cadillac dealer......and the car is more reasonable and runs almost as good as our SRX and offers similar luxuries...ty More
