A couple weeks ago I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire check. The following week I turn on my air conditioner and it made noises and no cool air flowed. I took it in again to have it check a d wa and tire check. The following week I turn on my air conditioner and it made noises and no cool air flowed. I took it in again to have it check a d was told I needed a part replaced but it had to be ordered so I’ll hopefully will be taking it back soon to have the part installed. More
Dealer had car for over 2 hours. I had to pick up a party at a nearby airport so I asked the service rep if either I could have my car back or get a loaner to drive to the airport, pick up my party and then at a nearby airport so I asked the service rep if either I could have my car back or get a loaner to drive to the airport, pick up my party and then come right back. He informed me that they don't have any loaners and that i should take my car as they can't fix it (my appointment was at 11:00, it was now 1:45. I got no service here. More
I can’t say enough about the service and extras I received. My service consultant Tom Salin. Couldn’t do enough for me. My problem was big (broken gas line +) and he took care of it right away. I was towed, had my warranty accepted, and given a courtesy car.. He kept in touch with me daily. The service and Tom Salin is the reason why I bought my second Hyundai.
