Everything went well with purchase and service in the beginning. The problem I'm encountering constantly is getting ahold of people by phone. I've done business with Family Hyundai on 2 occasions. The first time, they were unable to identify the problem and refused to give my concern any further time/effort. The problem was corrected at another Hyundai dealership. The second time I took my vehicle there, someone removed the money that I forgot to take out. I should not have left it but management was very nonchalant about it. After being transferred 3 times and a "dropped" call, I finally did speak to someone who I gave notice of my failure to remove money from the vehicle. I got a return call, letting me know that there was nothing in the car. I accepted what I was told. I guess because it involved cash, I was not surprised but I was hopeful. I will say that they made a special effort to accommodate my need for service. Instead of a February appointment, I was "worked in" in 2 days. The service was good. No need to name names. Of the 5 people that I spoke with, only one took the time to even listen to the reason for my call before transferring me or simply leaving me hanging, waiting until my call went back to the operator and I had to start all over again. .
